Hemmingson Senior Living at The Trails Begins Construction in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho

Construction has officially begun on Hemmingson Senior Living at The Trails in Coeur d’Alene. The project will include 80 assisted living units across five single-story buildings and 20 independent living cottages designed for seniors seeking supportive, community-focused housing. Planned amenities include a salon and spa, gathering spaces, wellness areas, and outdoor recreation.

The first building is expected to be completed within a year, with full build-out by 2027.
